Job description:

Applying analytical techniques and processes, the IT Business Systems Analyst II will provide guidance to IT and Business Departments to resolve technical and project implementation deliverables for medium and complex projects. The IT Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for developing system documentation such as requirements specifications, design documents, process flows, test plans, project plans, user manuals, and training procedures. The IT Business Systems Analyst II understands business requirements and often serves as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
